• Record sessions without informing participants or without a lawful basis.
• Send harassing, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or bypass security controls.
• Use the service for automated abuse, spam, or unauthorized scraping.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you share through SharePane.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharePane and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions where you reside.
